3. Protection of Passwords

If a third party uses a user's account and personal password to log into the service website system, it will be presumed to be the user's login behavior. If the website detects abnormal login activity on a user's account, the user will be notified to confirm the account's usage status. Conversely, if a member finds that their account or personal password has been unlawfully or improperly used by a third party, they should immediately notify the website and change their account password to protect their personal rights. If the website confirms that there has been unlawful or improper use by a third party, the user's account or personal password will be immediately suspended, and the user will be allowed to change their account or personal password.

4. Handling of Website Service and Suspension of Physical Activities

(1) When necessary for the operation, maintenance, or repair of the hardware and software equipment related to this service, the entire service may be suspended.

(2) For any physical events organized by New Open International Consultants Co., Ltd., in the event of typhoons, floods, or other natural disasters, participants who have registered for seminars or physical activities on the website must pay close attention to announcements made by the local county or city government on the evening of the previous day or the early morning of the event day. If the local county or city government announces the suspension of work on the day of the event, New Open International Consultants Co., Ltd. will announce the cancellation of the event or arrange for a later date through the "New Open" Facebook or the "New Open International Consultants Official Website."

 

5. Effectiveness of Contract Formation

When a user purchases a product through this website, please read the "User Agreement" and "Privacy Policy" of this website. By completing the checkout process and submitting the order, it indicates agreement to the terms of this website. Users should confirm the product courses and necessary information before completing the online payment process, thereby establishing the service agreement.

 

6. Refund Related Provisions

For any physical events organized by New Open International Consultants Co., Ltd., the refund standards are as follows:

(A) If member cancels their attendance before the course begins, a 10% administrative processing fee based on the course price will be charged. Refunds will primarily be processed through bank transfer. If the refund account is from a different bank, the member will be responsible for the NT$30 bank transfer fee.

 

(B) Refunds can be made in full within fourteen days before the start of the seminar. Requests made less than fourteen days before the event will not be eligible for any refunds. If New Open International Consultants Co., Ltd. is a co-organizer of the event, the refund rules will follow the main organizer's policy. Please be informed accordingly.

 

7. Prohibition of Commercial Activities

Users are not allowed to modify, reproduce, reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to obtain the source code or content of any function or program on this website without authorization.

 

8. Intellectual Property Rights
